Agenda

Each day will begin with ‘scene-setting’ plenary sessions, followed by focused ministerial dialogues designed to address challenges, encourage problem-solving, and strengthen partnerships between governments and development partners.

Day 1 will focus on accelerating the integration of policies and strategies, promoting cross-sector collaboration, and building capacities to break down silos between water, sanitation, hygiene, water resource management, and climate action.

Day 2 will deepen discussions on coordinated sector reform and sustainable financing, identifying concrete pathways for delivering resilient services, enhancing accountability, and scaling inclusive financing mechanisms. The meeting will culminate with the launch of a High-Level Leaders’ Compact on Water Security and Resilience, which will set out shared commitments and actionable next steps to drive sustained global and national leadership.
